Are you or anyone you know in need of utility assistance and live in Cowlitz County? Households that have been impacted by COVID-19 may be eligible for the Utility Assistance Program.
Program Eligibility:
- Must have at least one month of utilities past due or partially unpaid since March 1st
- Must have been specifically impacted by COVID-19
